Welcome! I’m Amy!

I use my voice in every way I can, and I believe in daily practices that can strengthen all we do and make us into our most amazing, upleveled self. I do the work to show what’s possible. I’ve worked through— and continue to work through— fear, two divorces, limiting beliefs, depression, rumination, deeply embedded false beliefs on my own value and worth, shame over money, guilt, a partner facing addiction recovery… the list goes on, but you get the idea. I’m here to share authentically with everyone my own practices and real-life growth and learning to get us all shining our brightest. It’s so easy to slip into the trap of beating ourselves up for not being where we want to be at x point in our life, but there is a path to trust that you are exactly where you are supposed to be.

I’m now 53, and I continue to learn so much from my music, which I started at nearly 40, from writing, from speaking my truth,and from learning to use my voice without fear. And I know that we can go for anything, at any age….it’s never too late. It’s just about our mindset!

Currently, I direct my energy into podcasting with my show The Amy Edwards Show.
